• NO CHECK INS ON SUNDAYS. Rate does not include tax & fees.

• Due to fire safety issues, we do not allow more than the maximum occupancy listed.

• CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded (minus fees incurred by owner). Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation within thirty (30) days of check in or early departure or “no show”, balance will be charged on credit card on file – no cancellations or refunds. (Applicable fees will deducted from any refunds).

• $500 fine for violating “NO SMOKING” policy / $500 fine for violating “NO PET” policy.

• If “NO SHOW” full rental will be forfeited.

• Age Requirement: Minimum age – 30 years old.

• By requesting this property you are certifying you are 30 years of age or older.

Nestled perfectly on Ole River, it is a boater’s and fisherman’s dream with on-site docking.

This 12th floor unit offers views few others in the building have. The huge balcony spans the length of the condo, giving you gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Fabulous patio furniture for relaxing or dining outside. All amenities are conveniently located on the first floor, $20 per vehicle limit 2 vehicles. Sun on all three pools during the day. Spread out in this spacious 2134 sq ft unit and enjoy everything Bella Luna has to offer, including the indoor/outdoor pools, the fitness center and gulf beaches.
